Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 26, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how NSpark, Inc. ("NSpark", "we", "us"), located at 8 The Green #19869, Dover, DE 19901, United States, handles data in relation to the SDRbot software.
1. No Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, CRM data, or API keys.
SDRbot is a client-side CLI application. It runs entirely on your local machine or your own infrastructure. All communication happens directly between your machine and the third-party services you configure (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, OpenAI).
2. Credential Storage
Your API keys and authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using your operating system's native secure storage (Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows, Secret Service API on Linux). We never have access to these credentials.
3. Third-Party AI Models
When you use SDRbot, prompts and context are sent to the AI model provider you have configured (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). This is subject to that provider's privacy policy. We advise you to review their data handling practices, specifically regarding API usage.
4. Usage Analytics
The SDRbot CLI does not track usage.
The SDRbot Website (www.sdr.bot) uses anonymized analytics (PostHog) to understand site traffic and download counts. This does not link to your identity or your usage of the CLI tool itself.
5. Contact Us
