Specific Warning regarding CRM Data: SDRbot is a powerful tool capable of creating, updating, and deleting records in your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all actions proposed by the agent. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unintended modifications resulting from the use of this tool.
4. User Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for safeguarding your own API keys and credentials.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with the Terms of Service of any third-party platforms it interacts with (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- You assume full responsibility for the "Human-in-the-Loop" approval process.
5. Open Source License
SDRbot is open-source software distributed under the MIT License. Nothing in these Terms supersedes or restricts your rights under that license with respect to the source code.
